Most common wedding flowers are composed of roses. White roses, peach roses, red roses, a mix of roses. Some are simply filled with roses. Other wedding bouquet arrangements are adorned with greenery, ferns, lilacs, baby’s breath, eucalyptus, wildflowers. And some are adorned with sparkly jewels. The style is modern, traditional, classic, romantic. The ribbon wrapping the flowers is another style point. Some couples attach a memento to the ribbon, to hold on to something dear to their heart.
As photographers, we appreciate the effort that goes into the flowers. That’s why we try to incorporate the flowers into our photos, beautiful as standalone, and as props for bridal party portraits. See below the unique ways we’ve incorporated wedding flowers into photography.
